No, I haven't fallen off the face of the earth... I've been taking some time off to be with with family especially my grandpa who just had open heart surgery. I want to let Jorge Gurgel and Luke Cummo know that I am proud of them, even though they both lost to decision at Ultimate Fight Night on Wed. June 28th, they both had great performances.

Hi everyone! Went home for a short weekend and now headed back to Salt Lake. Headed to L.A. on Wednesday to get ready for the fights Saturday night at the Staples Center. Jeremy, John and Diesel are doing great and are ready! As Big John McCarthy would say.....Let's get it on!

Training camp in Salt Lake City going full force May 1st. Those who will be at the camp: Jeremy Horn, Tim Sylvia, Joe Riggs, Bang Ludwig, John Alessio, Mac Danzig, Mike Whitehead, Edwin Dewees, and Travis Wiuff to name a few. John, Joe and Jeremy are fighting on the May 27th UFC card at the Staples Center in L.A live on pay-per-view. Back in Utah with Jeremy Horn. Will be home for New Year's and then to Iowa to train with Tim Sylvia. Tim will be taking on Assuerio Silva on UFC's Ultimite Fight Night which will take place Monday January 16, 2006 live on Spike TV. Who knows maybe we'll see another high kick KO?

It's officially announced.... Joe "Diesel" Riggs will be taking on UFC Welterweight Champion Matt Huges at UFC 56 November 19, 2005 at the MGM Grand Arena. Rich Franklin will be fighting Nate Quarry and Jeremy Horn will take on Trevor Prangley. Check out what Diesel had to say:

Training is going awesome! Diesel Riggs, Travis Lutter, Mike Whitehead and Brad Imes are all here training at Jeremy's. We just found out today Diesel will be fighting on November 19th. So, it is definitely going to be a full card. Can't wait! Lots of new pictures to post whenever I get time.

Back in Salt Lake City since Wednesday (10/12/05) with Jeremy Horn. Training is going great, Diesel will be here in a couple of days to train with us. Jeremy has me doing all kinds of crazy things when we're not training such as repelling down the sides of cliffs. I swear he can do anything. Check back for pictures.

First off, I want to congratulate Diesel on his win against Chris Lytle. Joe and I would also like to thank Full Contact Fighter and ww.Supplementstogo.comfor their sponsorships. We wouldn't have been able to do it without Supplements To Go. Thanks for your generosity. We would also like to thank Jeremy Horn, Tim Sylvia, Rich Franklin, Jorge Gurgel and Jared and Jesse Seaborn. All of these guys played a very intricate role in preparing Diesel for his fight as well as training/cutting weight the week of the fight. Many people don't know Jared and Jesse Seaborn. These two guys (brothers) meet us at 5:00am to run sprints and stay up late and pray for the fighters I'm training. All of these people work as a team to make up this great camp. If not for everyone involved, I'd be pumping gas at the local gas station.

We have been at the Mohegan Sun getting ready for tonight's UFC. Diesel had no problem making weight! I will post pictures of the weigh-ins soon.

Update on Diesel... he has not had any problems cutting down. I've heard alot of talk about how he was going to have trouble dropping down to 170, but that is why he's here with me! His cardio is unbelievable! Tim Sylvia is here to train with me as well. We will be going to Salt Lake City to train with Jeremy Horn after Joe's fight on Oct. 7th. I'll be training Jeremy, Tim and Rich for their upcoming fights on November 19th at UFC 56 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Training is going great. Joe "Diesel" has awesome punching power. Pete Sell had to drop out of the Oct. 7th UFC due to injury, so Joe will be fighting Chris Lytle instead at the 170 welterweight division. This drop comes a little earlier than planned butwe can do it. Tim the 'Maine-iac" Sylvia arrived on Monday to start getting ready for his November UFC fight. He is set to fight Assuerio Silva. Rich (Franklin) will be fighting Nate Quarry and Jeremy (Horn) will also be fighting. Plenty going on around here for the next couple of months. I'll try to get some pictures posted soon!

Training is going great! Joe is awesome, he amazes me every day. He is the best natural athelete I have ever worked with. Joe is already weighing around 190, so he is well on his way to the Welterweight Division after this last fight at 185 on Oct. 7th. in the UFC. Tim Sylvia and Travis Wiuff ("Big Diesel") will be here next week. Looking forward to that. I have a crazy regimen in mind for the gang when they arrive. By the way, Tim improved tremendously in the 6 weeks I worked with him for the Tra Telligman fight. All of the naysayers will be in for a rude awakening when they see Tim fight next on November 19th in the UFC. Tim has something that most pro fighters don't have... the ability to due whatever he is told and the heart to go longer than his body is physically able to. It really tears me up to see people bash him on the internet for being tall, akward, and ill-coordinated. Tim is working to improve all these things (except being tall). He is getting leaner and more agile every day. I have no doubt he will regain his UFC Heavyweight Title.

Back from Utah, glad to be home! Had a blast! Jeremy is doing great! He is excited to start training for his November UFC fight. Joe Riggs (aka "Little Diesel") arrives here in Cincinnati tomorrow. We will be training for his upcoming fight October 7th, 2005 at UFC 55. This will be Joe's last fight at 185 as he will be dropping to 170 (Heaven help those at the welterweight division).

Back to SLC for a few days for some R&R. Anyone who knows Jeremy knows his favorite things in the world are riding dirt bikes and playing XBox, so I'm off for a few days for riding, relaxing and lots of eating!
I would like to say I'm very proud of Jeremy, Joe and Tim for their weeks of intense training and courageous efforts Saturday at the UFC. Even though Tim was the only one to come away with a victory, everyone affiliated is extremely proud of all of their performances.
